Since “Are you now or have you ever been a camper at a Jewish summer camp?” is set to become a standard question in right-wing vetting, let me admit that this too is a part of my dark past. Though I didn’t attend Kinderland, a fount of “unabashed Jewish leftism” described in the ALG report, I did go to day camp at my local Jewish Community Center.
